3 days 8 hours left to go. Only 13 parts left to be printed. Additional photo being uploaded. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320483562224 Still shipping worldwide. Print Quality on the RepMan is better then what most of the RepRep Mendel and Darwin produce. (printing at 0.25mm layer height and 16mm/s)by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
You should probably state if this is a metric or an imperial mendel. With the UK you can never be sure.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale

And another challenge: Get 10 small mendel parts or 2 larger ones or your design printed for adapting my RepMan Dremel milling-toolhead to fit the Mendel. See: Note that you will probably have to design a new x-carriage-lower_1off or even also a x-carriage-upper_1off due to the poor design of the Mendel x-carriage regarding mounting alternative tools that are wider then 22mm. 5 additionalby MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! You forgot the most important safety of them all: An optical encoder to detect skipped steps and thus run the steppers as servos. This also detects the head running into anything and the extruder skipping and makes a machine MUCH more reliable.by MarcusWolschon - Wanted
I have an auction that is still going on for 4 days. I must agree with spacexula here. Multiple days of day&night printing including the inevitable bad print, technical problem and failing equipment under constant supervision are nothing I would do for free. As for partial sets, I am offering some design-challanges and am trying to get other people to do the same. The first to design theby MarcusWolschon - Wanted
I´m trying to get people to design more usefull tools. ESPECIALLY people who are still planning or building or calibrating their 3d-printer. Feel free to contact me with price-offers and challenges of your own. I´ll try to bundle them on the wiki page.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
I changed the challange to alternatively get 10 of the smaller or 2 of the larger mendel parts.by MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
I dare you to take my vice or the mendel-design or start from scratch and create a table that can be moved in X and y direction by 2 hand-weels! (perfect below a fixed column drill) Bonus points for a column-drill that can hold a dremel or (better)any tool with the repman, mendel or makerbot toolhead-mount. (These can be made from plastic, I have one and it works fine. They can be designed toby MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)

You could work on the microcontroller if you only need to recognize the orientation of the picket part one and in front of a high-contrast background with this one:by MarcusWolschon - Pick-and-Place Electronic Assembly (and robots!)
This looks like we could print it: on the flat front-side it should be printable. Then these: are easy to design using the original hooks. More tool-hooks: We could find a way to mount things that have these connectors: or these: Who´s with me on this one?by MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
I´m not building a mendel. My RepMan and some replacement-parts for it are all I need. One set is more then enough work. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320483562224by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
I added a new photo of the parts produced by now. It´s comming along nicely and by this night only the parts starting with y* and z* should be left to do. 70 of 95 parts done and still printing...by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
I got mine for 120CHF/10Kg = 8eur/Kg with personal pickup. Yours would be 13eur/Kg + shipping + customs on the sum of material+shipping + 19% sales tax on the sum of material+shipping+customs Not interested.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
Well.... too late. It cost me about 20 minutes to make the vice fully parametric in Alibre Design Xrpess.by MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
We have some PCB-holders on Thingiverse. Let´s design a small plastic-vice [3dsmodels.com] A simple first version made up of 2 parts, with just 4 holes to bolt it to a surface and a threaded rod to clamp it shut should be easy. Anyone interested?by MarcusWolschon - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
The Auction is currently 139eur and ther are still 4 days to go if you want the parts. It is unlikely that I´ll make another set after this one for a while. (So much else to print. So much to do besides printing all the time.)by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
http://download.cnet.com/Alibre-Design-Xpress/3000-6677_4-10424841.html Why pay $99 if for us last version is all we will ever need. Here is the press release. (Sorry, the Xpress-version of V12 is also free and limited in the same way. The $95/97eur-version is not xpress but standard) PS: I just played through the first tutorial and this tool is GREAT.by MarcusWolschon - 3D Design tools
Any idea how to get SVN write access? Serveral parts are on their side or on their head and cannot be printed as they are.by MarcusWolschon - Reprappers

How does this Airport to Airport work? Especially considering that is has to go to customs first.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
okay, auction has started. http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320483562224 The first 18 parts are already printed and counting. In 10 days we will have a winner who gets the set. After that I´ll decide if I print more.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
I can ship everywhere. Shipping to the US is 34eur extra (it can be done cheaper but after 100+ hours of printing I really like to have tracking and insurance. ). For Germany it would be 4eur and thus does not really matter. I guess for the USA the simplest payment would be Paypal. For the paypal fees that would be +5%. For EU it would be a SEPA bank transfer that usually has no fees at all.by MarcusWolschon - For Sale
