Maybe overextruding?
Have you calibrated your extruder?

Looks like you are biting into that filament fairly hard. Maybe try to back off a bit.
I bet its getting hung on the ridges instead of slipping into the hot end.

Of course its capable.
You might be hitting the upper limit so you wont notice a difference.
Try a small value so you can see. something like 40. It should noticeably ramp up and down with it set that low.

DO NOT jump the wire!
The fuse is a safety feature and should remain unless you like the option of fire...
Replace it with an automotive style fuse instead. They sell fuse holders and they are easy to solder on.

For bottom layers id say the right one is too low and the left one is a tad too high.

You have a ton of PLA coming out from those threads!
Not a good seal at all.

Did you change the baud rate to 250000?

I just spit out some code in Cura and it doesnt have that.

You should be able to edit the start gcode like every other slicer out there.

Agreed. I print in the 3mm flavor and flex PLA had no issues on my wade extruder.

Agreed. I print my ABS at 240c and slow it down to 40mm sec and i get really good prints.

Not sure. I live in Florida where humidity is only 80% or so.
I dont store my ABS in boxes or anything and they print well.

Every slicer can rotate a part...
Just spin it and slice then print

I print mostly in ABS. Could I get a sheet sent to FL?

looking at picture 4210 you have no hot end cooling fan for the fins!
YOU NEED a fan there!

Have you calibrated the extruder?
If you went from .9 to .5 that should make a HUGE difference.

Retraction id say. I have the same issue with ABS sometimes.
I also have to set some prime amount after a retract for it to work out fine.

This is normal operation. Why would you not want your machine to stop homing at 0?
You can do a small bit of code and run it like:
G28
G1 F1000 X5Y5
That will home and then move 5mm from the switch.

Firmware - Marlin
Leave it down to probe all the points, its more accurate that way.

Sounds like your X axis is reversed.
Mine homes to the rear right.
X and Y endstops are setup as MAX and not MIN in that position.

I had the same issue with the same file.
I think I printed the nut 3-4% bigger to make it fit.
PLA might be ok but with my ABS it didnt fit worth beans.

I print my ABS max 40mm/sec personally. Also dont use a print cooling fan for ABS. PLA works great but not ABS.
Also what temp are you extruding at? I print ABS at 240c

Its also in the config.h file.
#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT
Thats the steps per axis on that line. My geared extruder is at 920 steps.

You dont adjust the code for offset. You do it in the firmware.
You said you set the offset already in the firmware? If its too high then your offset is not correct. Adjust and try again.

Yes. I also did 100mm total in 10mm steps.

Bet you dont have a print cooling fan.
It makes a world of difference with PLA

Is that whole extruder moving?!
Also looks like you havent calibrated the Z home switch either. Your print start height is WAY off.
Have you calibrated the extruder also?
Looks like you tossed some parts together and hoped it would work. Take some time and get everything calibrated.

also are you measuring the filament going into the extruder and not what comes out the hot end right?
Your only interested in the input, not the output.

Looks like all the jumpers are in there.
Have you tried extruder calibration with the new 4090 value?
