Quotegwc2795 QuoteRobkadett oh i googled now i know, my P802M is not have auto leveling (sensor.) but for a while, i can upgrade my printer with auto leveling. I think it can be work if i make senzor wire to end stop switch. and after that i have just upgrade my firmware ? I have installed Inductive sensoers on 3 of my P802M printers. The sensors are working as Z endstops. I have not been ableby Bobyni - Prusa i3 and variants
Have you reconfigure in Ramps !? If mechanically and electronically speaking are all correctly set and tested, the only thing that is in variable is the software! I had something similar when first using my Melzi and had to adjust LIVE the pot on driver board so I could see and hear the result right away. ( making sure that I don't touch anything else, it you have a Ceramic screw driver it wouby Bobyni - Mendel90
And thanks for letting me know about the voltage!by Bobyni - Prusa i3 and variants
Well, if led is blinking, did you try to reload the firmware? Make sure the pins that allow the download needs to be shorted! And the power is selected from USB..... Not sure if this info is too basic to you, but hope this helpby Bobyni - Prusa i3 and variants
Well that schematic could be found in reprap Wiki Melzi. And no, this is not the one we gave! Ours has three pins on all Endstops bad thus one has only two.by Bobyni - Reprappers
On the board it is marked as Melzi V3B I could not find any!! Me too I wanted to know a bit. More. They have thee connectors for all the three end stops. It looked like we could use sensor dogs for all the three axis! But no voltage info I received from another fellow Repraper that he said the end stops provide 12V. Wee I need to check it yet.by Bobyni - Reprappers
I received both firmware : repetier 0.91 And Marlin : for ABL ( they use different sensor than the communi know inductive' some) If ever you need them PLS PM me! Glad that you find the link useful!by Bobyni - Elektrik & Elektronik
Hello 3Dprinting amazing, Are you sure that is the issue? My board was marked OCT 15 I had this issue when I first started using my printer, and found it to be very annoying. I found out that after I cleared my USB cable from crossing it with my monitor's VGA cable, all came to a stop (the flickering) so now I run my USB cable directly to the printer without crossing anything else. but I will kby Bobyni - Prusa i3 and variants
Thanks janpenguin for the nice pictures of ferriteby Bobyni - General
here is my extruder cooling fan holder with inductive bracket to enable the ABL hope you guys finds it usefulby Bobyni - Prusa i3 and variants
My journey of building 3d printer was long and don't see the end of the tunnel yet... :-( That's way I decided to get a kit ...economical one to get started to print... And by actually printing out parts and staffs, I got better sense of how things work and will help me to complete my 69x60x60cm type one 3d printer! I have cut down my aluminum railing, made hot end, the throat from a threaded rodby Bobyni - General
It all depends what you want and wullng to pay for ! If money is not an issue then as other have suggested, go for a good branded or source your own parts and build. If want have fun on the way then an economic printer will have plenty of that. Best bang for the buck....... I feel mine for what I want and need is a good choice. But ask J- Max he would tell you other thing as we have discussedby Bobyni - General
It came with the Fan duct for the extruDer! I am using the same STL file that the seller provided and to modified it in blender To allow the mounting of a inductive sensor for autoleveling!by Bobyni - General
:-) JM I see... Mine came with a fan that it was installed after. As for the moment, the longest prints from my printer was about 1.25h And no issue from the extruder @ 210 C Heated bed @ 60C No cooling fan for the extruded material. Yes, I have red a lot of post about extruder having issues, but ABS and not PLA. I was planning to have ED3 V6 clone installed and convert the direct to remote , tby Bobyni - General
I am not sure if I can agree with the sense of : the cheap I 3D printer is garbage or can not print! I am building after a year long my 60x60x60cm Cartesian type aluminum cube with lineal carriage that had me progressing very slowly. To the point, I just bought an economical 3d printer that, in my opinion, after the build, and initial calibration, the prints are quite good for my test. I even tby Bobyni - General

Here is how the package arrived Three level well protected. Melzi "V2.0" with make socket connector so you won't' make mistake on burning your board. Stepper motors and end stops are all with the correspondent female connectors Hope this helpsby Bobyni - General
Here you have my prusa i3 from Aliexpress, Zonestar P802M And my first print PLA 1.75mm @195C no heated bed on masking tape ( blue, installed by the seller)by Bobyni - General
A good musician will make cheapo instrument to sound wonderfully ( to the hardware capability) No because you have a Ferrari it means you know how to drive it Same way with 3d printer I really think, that a "cheapo" Chinese made kits, could bring possibly much of frustration, but at same time, to bring you lot of joy, satisfaction and accomplishment! Personally, I learn things like: Learn hoby Bobyni - General

Not sure what type of board you have, but I think it would be good idea to add a dedicated fan to cool ALL stepper drivers... No matter how cool they are.... My cent Glad you fix the issue... Some time is just that, we came up with question, and we solve them ourself and share that experience out laud, so others, would benefit in the future!, Good post and keep doing! Good print!by Bobyni - Reprappers
I think you should check your Ext stepper motor RefV! Also at same time, to check the pressure that you gave from the mechanical spring load. If too much pressure, then you won't have enough motor strength to push the filament, therefore needing higher RefV to increase motor torque! Cheersby Bobyni - Reprappers
Thanks Dc42!! Thanks leading light! When knowledge people post, it is a pleasure to read through and get more "education" from! Really enjoy all the post so far! And definitely re doing my cables!by Bobyni - General
DD! Thanks!! It is always a pleasure to read your feedback!!!by Bobyni - General
Hi Paul! Thanks for your feedback!!!! That would explain what I have oscillation on my Temp from hot bed while printing! I have suspected and you confirmed it! Thanks! I will re do all my cable and see how it goes.by Bobyni - General
