Hi all again can any one pint me out here please. I just configured Marlin on my corexy all works fine Got Z probe on Got setting uncommented for home and bed level with same probe. Auto level works runs fine But problem I got I cant get Z probe offset to do anything no mater why I put there nothing changing eeprom rewrited NOTHING Used LCD to change it still nothing I can manua

Quotestephenrc Z home will put the nozzle at +Z probe offset. If you want the nozzle to touch the bed, send G1 Z0. Hi thanks for reply. It shows offset on LCD screen but looks like its ignoring it. Worked fine on Repetier but was giving fatal error on G29 Home safe enabled G29 runs fine but cant get offset sorted Regards

But according to repetier config page it do support Gen7 see attached Can any one clarify this please???? I love Repetier and i want to stay with it !!! I can build GEN7 for 20pounds when radds cost 45 on its own + Arduino Due it makes big difference on price This difference ill pay my laser off Regards QuoteDust better is a matter of opinion. Yes its better to get pcb manufactured .But we not talking here mass production we talking DIY at home. I love to DIY my self cos its good fun better then get drunk in pub!!! we talk open source easy to make to every one isn't this what reprap is all about??? I have build my corexy just for fun I got nothing to print bu I love this design so much. Solder mask is easy look at this Btw im BGA

Is any one tried this? Is machine performs fine what about quality??? Want to get some pcb's milled so I can go from 8bit to 32bit (Hate chemicals) and do love to work with PCB Regards

Frame made from 39x19 ERW tube (Just tack welded together ) Really nice and stiff frame love it Yes Z belt driven system (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:730199) I had it done in wood but didn't like it was really loud (Box noise effect) So gone for steel got drawings if needed Electronics Duet is good but I don't like that it have built in 1/16 steppers I thinking to go for RADDS&Ard

Thanks for reply Its fully reconfigured for CoreXY. Firmware is latest Repetier 0.92 or something. Board ramps 1.4 Arduino mega End stops wired up on MIN and in firmware set same (Works on Y&Z) But don't work on X its hits the switch it look like homes but then start go to Y direction don't understand why. Ill get video done once home to show what going wrong. Regards

Check VREF for stepper boards. Its over powered and overheating and causing to stop skip layers. Regards

Hi I start having problem my prusa i3 start jumping in layers badly like 3 to 4 mm prints ok for 2 3 hours then starts jumping looks like its jumping in Y axis All belts are tight. Calibration is of only got 0.2mm difference in dimensions. What can cause this ?? Its ok for short prints but long prints start failing is here anything to do with Vref? or board overheating ? Regards

I think I found my problem. Im was printing 1.75 and all gear I had it was 1.75 I thing that cause a problem . I got one nozzle for 3mm filament I try that. BTW I managed to do long print on 1.75 nozzle all I did is I changed layer height to 0.3 from .25 and its prints fine no clogs nice print . Regards

Hi I have an issue my prusa i3 was totally fine on long prints with ABS. Now I have got some PLA and cant print long print keep clogging. I have E3D head and separate nozzle for PLA but that not seam to help much. I have fan 100% on to extruder heat sink. How can I prevent this I got print to do that takes 7.30Hours but cant get past 4 hours. Temp used 180 first layer then 175 printed f
