Hi! I have started to build a new printer; i3 based on a twelvepro wooden frame and EINSTEIN Variant. Taurino Board, Ramps 1.4 and reprapdiscount graphical LCD. Got it together, put together a firmware. Everything moves, looks about right. Started the heaters.... Got hot.. LCD panel - I went to preheat PLA. Temp rises - 100 > 150 > 180 > 200 > 250 > 300[/b]... Crap! Power off.by kingoddball - General Mendel Topics
Hello! I have a weird problem. I am two STL's. Prusa i3 dual extruders. One directly from EiNStein's GIT and another from thingy verse. When I slice with slic3r (tried 4 versions) it will not create a correct file (images will be attached). Also tried under: OSX, Windows and Linux. I will input a screen shot of the FIRST layer when done with slic3r and the first layer when done with KISSLICER.by kingoddball - Slic3r

Hi! I had my printer last week doing some fantastic prints. I was printing chess pieces on the weekend - Great prints. Had to replace the extruder/nozzle, now I'm back in action. Printing a Panelolu2 case and it just keeps failing at the top of the print. It gets wobbly lines, blobs and fails. Just on the tops. I do not think cooling is a factor - I done the same print around 11pm lastnight -by kingoddball - Reprappers

Hi! I got a prusa up and running. Very cool toy. Unfortunately, all of my prints are bad. Bridging is poor. Every time, they sink in and looks like a canyon. I tried to change brigde speeds and such. no help. I added an extra layer (4 rather than 3), helpped but still. Now... My main issue. I have either melted bases which look like glass or spaghetti (as attached). The attached photo, theseby kingoddball - General Mendel Topics
