QuoteIsh So i ordered this model... Assembling this thing was a pain but it's done. I had so many issues putting this thing together. In the manual is decent. Nothing really too detailed. It even mentioned loading a marlin firmware and offered no link as to where you get it for my particular model. Is there just a generic firmware that works on all models or should i wait for support from theby xile6 - Delta Machines
Quotehoang82 yeah so i need to read up on the firmware and see if I can use the D2 pin for the servo signal wire. but if there is a D11 pin somewhere on the board, I can just wire it from there with 5v else where.. anyway,, so far I have ran 3 G30 A calibrations and I'm getting the same results everytime. Z side of the axis is too low and the XY is too high. I thought G29 auto bed level shouldby xile6 - Delta Machines
Thats werid. My prusa i3 prints pla lovely. Abs works great too but i have to take ot out to the garage where there is no air flow or i get lifing. But either way my prusa is a work horse and can print whatever i throw at it. I print on painters tape with an inductive probe. I have a 50mm blower fan and with a duct aim at the nozzle. Quotehoang82 Quotexile6 What is your G30 A print out? Should be 7 numbers. And you dont run G30 A before ever print only G28 then G29. And G28 overrides G29. This is for any type of 3d printer. QuoteMeleon I'm away from home for the next 2 weeks, so I can't upload video or give anymore specs. But I did order a new power supply. 30amp so hopefully I should have lots of power. I will also upgrade the power wires, any recommendations on what gauge I should go with? Also I purchased mine without the heated bed, but have since bought one separately. Quotehoang82 *Edit* I was using a older RC1.04 firmware. He has a testing one that should work better and I'm moving all most settings over. I have gotta everything to work all the way up to G29. Quotezavala I just got my rev b delta printer after Christmas and i got it all built and set up and i can get good dimensional prints in the middle of the plate. QuoteOtvald I am running a K800 (micromake clone), but I consider changing FW. I currently run a new DEV version of Marlin. It is OK, but I am not happy with the autobed level. Are you printing in abs or pla? If abs it will shrink and your readings will be off. I pla , it needs a cooling fan or it will melt upon itself and your readings will be off. Try to print a hollow cube with pla filament. Simply take the 20mm test cube and in your slicer settings. Use 0 for the top and bottom. Then wait about 10mins for the part to cool and check what size it is. Other then thaby xile6 - Delta Machines

There are a few effector out there that place the heat block a few mm below the effector. So the heat sink is mounted above the effector. They normally do this in molded parts or metal and have a fan blowing on the heat sink and effector. It will give you some more build space tho. Is it worth it.... ah idk to each there own. Swap motors and end stops on the board around and see of the problem follows. So X becomes Y, Y becomes Z, Z becomes X. Make sure to swap the motor and there endstop on the board. If the problems follows the swap. Then its possible something could be off. If the problem stays on the same axis, then its going to be a firmware or caliberation problem.by xile6 - Delta Machines

Quotearthurwolf His probe is manual, you have to install it manually, and remove it manually, so there is no Gcode there. If somebody has an automated probe that is deployed via a servo or a selonoid, Smoothie supports that too. It will *indeed* require you to add a gcode to the slicer's start gcode sequence.
