There shall be no BIG problem for PLA filament. We have printers here, the PLA filament exposed for about 1 year, it prints still good. If,I say IF, you found the printing not good you may dry the PLA filament by yourself. 1) Woven 35 degrees for 30mins 2) Try hair dryer. For ABS,please always keep it dry!von ecoreprap - General

Quoteyyiiwei I am a new one for the 3D printer. Our printer is used to print electronic components. I am looking for the conductive material, and the material could use 3mm Extruder, do you have some suggestion? Could you help me? Hi Currently when we talking about conductive filament, we mean ABS filament. See the conductive ABS information below. Can it meet your requirement? For our PLA filament, the print temperature from 180-220 degree is normal, because temperature differs with different printers. For our filament on Makerbot,Ulimaker,Makerpi, it is ok to print at 190,but for another China brand, it needs 230. Which color do you print before the white one? There maybe some remains inside the extruder. Black is not easy to flow completely. Another possibility is thvon ecoreprap - Printing
For ABS filament, 230-250 degree is normal, I think.von ecoreprap - Printing

If there is universal 3d printing filament spool standard, it will be awesome But I really doubt its feasibility. 1 Different 3d printers uses different spools. For example, the spool which suit Makerbot does not suit PICASO. The spool is installed inside of Picaso 3d printer, which has a very strict on the width of the spool.Any one over 65mm is not suitable. As far as I learned, there is anothervon ecoreprap - Printing
About filament breaks between use: This is all based on our customer feedback. We seldom get complains about 1.75mm. But last week, one Australia customer said PLA white 3mm get the same issue. 1) PLA is not very flexible, no matter it is Natural Work, or Hisun. Sometimes, too much pigment may make PLA more brittle. 2) The diameter of the spool whole is also very important. If it is too small, von ecoreprap - Reprappers

Hi guys, really sorry that I can not write Germany and by google, I happen to know what you are talking about. Well, first I want to say sorry that China sellers give your guys bad impression. I have been in oversea trade for more than 5 years and I truely understand you that it is not easy to find one good supplier in China. But that does not really mean China has good supplier. Based on our selling experience, black, white and natural color are the best sellers. Seldom get bad feedback about specific color, but indeed there may need some small adjustment for the 3d printers for some colors. Regarding the PLA filament, I got some points to make. 1 There are some printer which using special filament. For example UP filament, the PLA filament in the market usually does not fit UP.UP printer is the one I know, but there may be other brand. 2 Diameter. For makerbot, Ultimaker and other international brand, seems the smaller the tolerance is,the better the print is. But get some China brvon ecoreprap - General

Since we can print with plastic like ABS,PLA,and also wood. The idea to print with metal is also very interesting, though the metal have a rather high melting temperature.Perhaps we can print with metal power.von ecoreprap - Developers
