I am so sorry for your loss
Don't give up on the hobby. I would be happy to send you printed parts and any advice you need when the time is right for you to get back to building.

Are there any all inclusive Rostock or Kossel build guides in existence yet? What about guides for using spectra fishing line?

I want to build a giant printer that prints with the quality of my smallest printers

I printed a 10% Infilled Yoda today, with two perimeters.

She looks nice
You should post it up on GitHub or Thingiverse!
I have been looking to build a monster sized machine. I have quality figured out... Now I want huge prints!

As posted, a lot of those characters would be printable. I would want to draw in some support structure for sure. The STL files you shared are not super high quality. Keep in mind that an STL does not have to be huge to be high quality.
The Yoda above was from a 2mb STL.

The name of the printer is Mitus? Are the designs for that printer available?

Printing single walled objects helped push me over the edge from good prints to great prints.
The first thing it will help you to do is get your extrusion ratio correct. This is key, but few do it: With digital calipers, a super steady hand and powerful magnifying glass, your can measure your single wall widths and dial your extrusion ration so that your theoretical extrusion widths and actual

You would be surprised at the level of quality that you can achieve with FDM if you, your printer and your software get good enough...

Some Of The Mods I Made To my Huxley Pro
*New Bed/Sled of my own design.
*Adapted Belt Tensioning Sytem (by Welding-Rod me thinks) On X and Y Axis

*Alternate Carriage with extra 6mm linear bearings
*Dual opposing fans riding the x-axis
*Custom built hot-end
There are other mods I want to make, but she just works too damn good for me to justify ta

On a more humble note. I am always looking to improve my technique. If you have any ideas on how I achieve a level higher than this, let me know!

You want to see a "non-organic" print?... Here are some Rostock parts I printed today...
PREPARE TO BE OUTCLASSED MOTHER-YUCKERS!
This is only at 0.2mm and I am achieving strong reflectivity! BUWHAHAHAHAHA!
CHALLENGE ME!!!!!! ><

Belted Z is a bit of a conundrum for me.
I have a SeeMeCNC with a belted Z-axis. The concept is sound; but the implementations I have worked with first hand need work...

I use single wall objects to calibrate my printers.
I have a trash bag full of nicer single walled objects

Buwahahahaha
That's not even close to my best print. That is just literally the last thing off of my printer.
Two months ago when I was using a 0.35mm nozzle and sub 0.2mm layer heights, I was achieving glass smooth prints.
Trick is, that literally would quadruple printing time compared to how I printed the Yoda above.
