Here is the latest update that I received from customer support.
"I think there's a problem in opening Windows COM-ports when they are larger than 10 (COM11, etc).
It would be possible for me to send you the custom printer driver binary that contains the fix (once I have it, sometime at the end of the week) so you could test it? We had never encountered reprap that installed itself on a COM p

Yes, right now the way Adobe "AUTODETECTS" the printer is garbage. I have been on and off with their support team. They have been very friendly and they showed me how to turn on "DEBUG" But still I cant get it to connect. I have since moved to Simplify3D. I can connect everyone but Adobe right now. You can however generate gcode. They have no way of inserting a stop and end gcode file. So they

I am working one on one with the company right now to figure out what the issues are with PhotoshopCC communicating with my printers. They say it should be very easy. I will post what I know here. I am also going to publish my driver with the PhotoshopCC so others will be able to modify and make them work with there printers.
They have told me that there is no way to inject gcode into the gener

Has anyone created a driver for the new release of PhotoshopCC..
I have started.
I want to make it compatible with MARLIN firmware.
I have been able to create the driver and copy it into the driver folder and have it show up as an option.
This morning I am going to get the driver to talk to MARLIN firmware.
Once you download PhotoshopCC 30 day trial it will allow you to download the thre

I have had this issue with many .stl files. Even after I have repaired them. I did find that if I turned off the "Avoid Crossing Perimeters" it fixed some of the issues. If someone has a fix to this, Please let us all know. Some objects slice into a solid block.
If you rotate the object you will get different results. None which are good.
I am using the latest Slic3r 0.9.10b with the followi

I am trying to slice a few floor plans. Like this one here:
I have printed it out using Skeinforge many times. at 100micron and 200micron. When I slice it in slic3r all i get is a solid block. This happends with other objects with lots of detail. I am using the 0.9.9 release.
Here are my settings:

I am looking into if the changes were merged into the latest MARLIN firmware. I see this in the configuration.h but not in the main firmware release.
#define EXTRUDER_OFFSET_X {0.0, 21.68} // (in mm) per extruder, offset of the extruder on the X axis
#define EXTRUDER_OFFSET_Y {0.0, 0.64} // (in mm) per extruder, offset of the extruder on the Y axis
Are you the creator of this? I see that you ha

Using RepG40 with the latest Marlin firmware 2-2-2013.
Is there a feature to set an extruder offset in the latest Marlin release? I see the RepRap X2 MARLIN has the ability to use a M208 command but it is an older vertion.
"M208 T0 X0.00 Y0.00",M208 T1 x20.00 Y10.00"
same as
#define EXTRUDER_OFFSET_X {0.0,20.00}
#define EXTRUDER_OFFSET_Y {0.0, 10.00}
Can I define or can I use the M208 comman

Firmware - mainstream and related support
The latest MARLIN firmware (2-2-2013) has lots of dual head support now. I can display the temps of both heads. In repg The control panel still does not move both print heads. If I create a blank gcode and type T1 or T0 and press print. Then from control panel in ReplicatorG I can control the one I typed and printer with. For some reason ReplicatorG is ignoreing the T1 or T1 that I see it send w

Does anyone know if there is any built in offsets? I have a T0 and T1 print head with a 40mm spacing.
I am trying to print with support material.
I am attempting to insert the following
support_start
T1
G1 X-20 F5000
support_end
T0
G1 X+20 F5000
My results are that it does switch print heads, but the print head wants to home back to Xmin end stop. Then it comes back and starts printing next

I have this in my start.gcode file.
M104 S175 T1(Set extruder target temp PVA support)
M104 S215 T0(Set extruder target temp)
After I generate the g-code using Skeinforge 50 I get this:
M104 S215 T0(Set extruder target temp)
Why is Skeinforge removing my second temp????? I have looked at everything and have no idea why this is hapening.
Thanks
