Have you got permission to use RepRapPro's images as you've just copied them on your site? Your kits are also more expensive than a RepRapPro? Benby plexer - For Sale
I've been struggling to get some Jet PLA that I purchased to stick and last night I decided to try hair spray on the bed picked up a can of Tesco value 37p. Well what can I say this is magic stuff guys First layer sticks great and then after that it's all good Benby plexer - Printing
What amazes me is the impatience of some people if you have a project with a deadline and need a printer buy a pre-assembled one and pay the premium. Once you get your kits it's goings to take hours and possibly days to build it and get it working to a good standard to be able to use it. We ordered 2 from RepRapPro in their Christmas promotion and that was shipped within the time frame they quoby plexer - General

Has anyone used the 1.75mm pla from this company such as they can't give me any info on extrusion or bed temp as they don't have any 3d printing experience and they also won't supply a sample. I've contacted 4 or 5 sellers and requested samples of their products and so far not one has been willing to send me a sample. Benby plexer - Polymer Working Group
As a replacement for the standard zinc plated M5 threaded rod used in the ReprapPro Mendel and similar kits I've upgraded mine with A4 marine grade stainless steel all thread and brass nuts. I found the zinc plated all thread wore alarmingly quickly and have now swapped to stainless and brass nuts. A complete replacement set of 2 x A4 Stainless Steel all thread a 4 x Brass M5 full nuts for £5.0by plexer - Vitamin Kit for Sale

Warping is minimal really but my printer doesn't like even 45 degree overhangs the top of it's lovely. Benby plexer - Printing
Here's a mendel multi colour mini extruder body I just printed I'm happy with the straight lines but if you look at the corner here where's it slightly pointed it's a bit horrible looking. This was printed with 0.3mm layers, first layer at 30% speed then 40mm/s for perimeters and small perimeters and 60mm/s for infil, bridging at 30mm/s First layer printer at 195c and others at 190c Bed at 65cby plexer - Printing
Not with the standard PSU's used I wouldn't have thought if you specified a PSU with a greater capacity then you could but then you might as well give each machine it's own supply. Benby plexer - General Mendel Topics
I've just finished using some Jade Green from Faberdashery and have a piece 1.5m long left over if it's of any use to anyway as a sample to try out you're welcome it FOC UK only though I'm afraid.by plexer - For Sale
On the reprappro mendel the fan it's powered by the main 12v input on the electronics so when the power is on the fan is running. Benby plexer - General Mendel Topics
It will not stick allthough with the bed upwards of 97 degrees c is did stick but is then so soft that head putting down layers next to it tends to collect it all up around the nozzle and makes a mess. It's a very translucent material and I've not had the problem with the 200m of faberdashery white or the 10 or so metres of space marine blue that I've put through these machines since finishing tby plexer - For Sale
I've got a 1kg roll of purple and 1kg roll of green bought from jet pla on amazon and cannot get it to work in our reprappro mendels. The supplier says to have a hot end temp of 210 and bed of 100 but I tried those and it still doesn't work. If you think it'll work in your machine i'll post you a sample and sell it to you cheap. willworkforplastic sounds great I will take a look at your files and I believe our DT dept does use coreldraw for cutting so that would be awesome. I found a cheapish supplier for the materials cut for the bed size of the lasercutter. Benby plexer - Tantillus

We are building 2 mendels at the Academy I work at and assuming everything goes to plan we should have them built sometime in the early new year I am willing to print you a set of plastic parts for any reprap model and give them to you. Benby plexer - United Kingdom RepRap User Group
Many thanks for that the bed size on our VL200 is 406.4 x 304.8 mm so looks like I should be able to just cut it out. I'll have to do some testing with the bearing holes regarding the laser width to make them an inteference fit. With the fingers on the side of the panels do these also need to be an interference fit or as I think I've read else where the corner supports will hold them in place?by plexer - Tantillus
I'm trying to work out if we can cut the acrylic panels on our Versalaser VL200 but I am unable to dimension the dxf files or the others at the moment. Can anyone give me the approx size of each of the panels so I can see if we can cut them? Thanks. Benby plexer - Tantillus
