QuoteJackjack But didnt have any kind protection like polimer fuse... Now i touched those yellow fuses and burned my finger. I know how stupid it is but it not working with them, also PSU has its own protection. Modern Power Supplies have two forms of protection a thermal fuse to shut down in case of overheating. Modern Power supplies also include a slow blow fuse/fuse to protect in the caseby Roberts_Clif - Printing
It is not quite that simple, though is not a hard process. I Use Winmerge and load both files where I see them side by side and scan each line one by one and then make an intelligent decision of what needs to change.by Roberts_Clif - Firmware - Marlin
Quoteorbitalair Does it still take 3 minutes to load, and fraks up every 3rd usb print? Also does it still wipe out all your settings that take 30 minutes to setup? I'm still using 14.x, loads in 4 seconds, functions consistently. Have never experienced these problems. Use OctoPrint hence USB and have never experienced A USB failed print. Quoted from Texas Instruments SLVA443 "In order to setup Microsteps, full steps must be divided. Each full step is then divided into eight smaller steps. Without going into great details. I will show you what my stepper settings are. X, Y, E0 and E1 are all 0.695 on my 12 volt 3D Printer X, Y, E0 and E1 are all 0.395 on my 24 volt 3D Printer Now the dual Z axis is 1.396 on my 12 volt 3D Printer this is almost exactly double, being only 0.006 volt differences. This is just a note: You cannot Extrude unless the hot-end temperature is above 170C. This is controlled by the software to prevent cold extrusion / Damage.by Roberts_Clif - Prusa i3 and variants
Let's look at this from a different point of view. I know That when I received my 12 volt power it was adjusted to above 12volts to 13.8 volts, I was getting strange effects. (My 24 volt 3d Printer supply was also set high.) Re-adjusted the Supplies to the correct voltage 12V for the 12 volt supply and 24 v for the 24 volt supply, and the effects were reduced considerably. Double check that the thermister is plugged in correctly. You can temporally swap the thermister connections Bed to Hot-end and observe LCD did the temperature reading swap places. If so Return connectors to there correct connector pins, something is wrong with the hot-end thermister. Post your resultsby Roberts_Clif - General

It sound like you may have shorted the thermister. What is the Room temperature reading from that thermister? The software has protection code that will not let it heat if the thermister reading do not change in a given time frame.by Roberts_Clif - General
How to explain this phenomenon. Do not know it it is even possible. You will note you have Red, Blue and Orange signals. The Red (T0) has three downward spikes The Blue (Bed) has two smaller downward spikes The Orange (T1) has 2 medium sized Upward spikes Spikes occur at -26.75, -24, -20.75, -18.50, -14, -10.25, -7.75 (approximate time intervals) this has a time of approximately every 2 1/2 minuby Roberts_Clif - RAMPS Electronics
