I have a new printer and layers doesn't bond together and tried to add size of filament, multiplier, etc. But still I get this. Anny suggestion?by Blisk - Printing
Thank you for alot of advices. And really good explanation of calibration by the_digital_dentist. Temperature of bed is higher after I changed heatbed and it is alu now withouth glass on it so I use lower temperatures of heatbed. Yes I did calibrate it and major problem I see here is that extruder stops alot when printing circle, this never happend before and I think it is after I have upgraded rby Blisk - Printing
I am limited with my budget and I like to do many things by myself. And from all those controllers that one from geeetech looks like best quality low cost and it works on 12V.by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
Thank you for quick reply and really precise explanation. For now I have just looked on ebay these ones. kit and all on one boardby Blisk - General Mendel Topics
If you build your own 3D printer which controller is best to buy???by Blisk - General Mendel Topics

Can someone helps me with settings. Don't know why printer prints like this? Material is PLA printed on 210 oC and heatbed on 70 oC And it is 0,5 mm smaller than it should be.by Blisk - Printing
Can some else share some experiences with me????by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
yes runs ok, it should be around 100 oC to damage driver or motor!by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
I can not hold finger on my 8825 it is too hot, stepper motor also! S I lowered voltage of stepper driver from 1V to 0,89V and now driver and motor are ok, I can hold finger on it!by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
Did you have any other issues? Heating bed takes alot of time for ABS with my printer too and it is 200x200. I have changed bed for MK3 and it is alot better, withouth a glass!by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
I will buy another 3D printer because I need a bit larger items to print and need heatbed 270x210 So I have few possibility. First to buy ordinary 3D printer with 200x200 heatbed and modify it, change frame and heatbed to get 270x210. Or to buy already 3D printer with heatbed 270x210 Or last one to buy a kit like this and frame separatelly What do you suggest to buy to get good and working 3by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
Yes of course I have heatsink, and heatsink is hot alot, when before was not. Motor before even get warm and nwo it is hotby Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
Ok I have changed driver and for now looks good! No more ticking. But DRV8825 heats alot and also motor heats alot!by Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
What did you change in firmware for DRV8825. I have it but still didn't change driverby Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
I have prusa i3 printer and have alot of trouble with extruder. Every third item I print is unfinished because extruder is clogged or something happends that printer not print anymore. I hear alot of ticking from extruder motor which can not turn gear for filament and goes forward and backward with ticking noise. I have turned motor driver to full to 1,3V and it is still the same a little betterby Blisk - Prusa i3 and variants
I will mount on extruder V6 because this extruder now is clogged to many times and will see what happends.by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
I thought about option 3 but it is really long path in tube I like to reduce that as much as possible. If you look at printer I posted picture it have option 2 and works ok.by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
Can someone tells me why is here a fan mounted on?by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
yes thats true, I will go with No.1 think this one is best I looked at this printer which have like No2!by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
thanks i have in mind that and if i need flexible filament i will think of something to addon to print. But as far as I read bowden and extruder V6 makes excellent results of printing far better than regular. question now is only how to carwe a ptfe tube. Which variation is best, 1 or 2 or 3? I made a picture from side view of printer. Green is extruder and blue is feeder. I think No.2 us best.by Blisk - General Mendel Topics
Thanks guys. I already have flaten down this part by -90 degrees so it prints only few milimeter height. But have problems with that part which is unsuported by material. I use slicer (repetier) and will try wit supporting material function.by Blisk - General
