2 things i do not see where to order parts the does not see to work from the U.S., if you could tell me where to order the parts i would like to get involved. I have been using the reprap and now I am ready to make my own large ceramic printer. 24"x36"x24" is the size build window I am after. That sounds fun. What are you calling the machine? I started a wiki page for you here: http://reprap.org/wiki/ArizoBot using "ArizoBot" as a code name, and an artist's impression of the machine ... Unfold and Jonathan Keep have done some nice work here: httby SebastienBailard - Mechanics

Forum created. We've also got a wiki page for the RUG here: http://reprap.org/wiki/RUG/UK/Southampton You'll want to edit it, I imagine. Also, since everyone with a reprap is probably a developer, I'd be honored if you join us in the reprap-dev mailing list as well, Let me know if there's anything else you need. And please do up a fun, beautiful, or useful project in the wiki.by SebastienBailard - Southampton RepRap User Group

I know. RepRap never does things in a systematic manner. We're an adhocracy. RUGs are probably the best way.by SebastienBailard - General
Any thoughts? I'd do it backwards; lay down a bed of Aluminum powder and then sinter with an electron beam. http://reprap.org/wiki/MetalicaRap Or lasers http://reprap.org/pipermail/reprap-dev/2010-December/002038.htmlby SebastienBailard - Plastic Extruder Working Group
Can I can feel that Gada prize calling?! I hope so. (You'd want to put the files in the wiki, then.) http://reprap.org/wiki/Enemy_Delta_Robot (It's a good name.) So, you're doing a bowden extruder?by SebastienBailard - Delta Machines
I know there are many clever solutions for each of these all over reprap and other websites, and it would be awesome if they were all combined into one place We've got a good thing going here: http://reprap.org/wiki/Stepper_Motor so let's keep going: http://reprap.org/wiki/Motor_Couplers http://reprap.org/wiki/Belt_Pulleys http://reprap.org/wiki/Belts http://reprap.org/wiki/Linear_Bearing httpby SebastienBailard - General

Hmmm ... I think I have noticed a bit of cargo cult copying of Mendel about: http://reprap.org/wiki/Metal_Mendel http://reprap.org/wiki/Wooden_Mendel http://reprap.org/wiki/Eiffel http://reprap.org/wiki/Isaac http://reprap.org/wiki/LaserCut_Mendel http://reprap.org/wiki/Foton_3Dprinter Aside from "Mendel as holy grail", people are just copying what they know works. As for documenting in the wiki, I have something of an aversion to wikis - I always feel like I'm intruding on someone else's space, I have no idea how to properly edit inclusions, and I have no clue as to where such information would best be located. No worries, you're a RepRap developer and the wiki belongs to you, it's your space: http://reprap.org/wiki/Rather_Blue_T-Slot_Bot In short, whby SebastienBailard - Extruded Aluminum Frames
Hi Emeka, I've created a forum for you. It also has a wiki page associated with it: http://reprap.org/wiki/RUG/Nigeria_Port-Harcourt_Rivers which you may want to edit. Thanks for becoming part of reprap. I suggest you join the reprap-dev mailing list, since you're probably a developer (like the rest of us).by SebastienBailard - Nigeria, Port-Harcourt, Rivers, RepRap

Since it seems that generation 6 will not support a second extruder easily, what is the next best electronics set that will? Sean, You're calling it http://reprap.org/wiki/Punnett right? Any napkin sketches or CAD renders? Are you using extruded aluminum?by SebastienBailard - Controllers
I've fixed those wiki pages. They now recommend that users etch their own boards. Edit: And Noobman's board-etching tutorial, which we link to, says etching is fun, but recommends that people buy their own boards. I think everyone will be happy, the best sort of reprap-compromise. http://reprap.org/wiki/DIY_PCBs_double_sided_toner_transferby SebastienBailard - Controllers

Go for it. RepRap doesn't do neutral point of view*; it's more the result of thousands of extremely personal decisions, each of them highly partisan and hopefully correct. (* We do try to do fairness.) (That edit annoyed me too.) koallalays, You should swing by in Vienna. Also, want me to create an Austria RepRap User Group? I designed a complete new printer enterly coz Makerbot was too small. That was before I noticed Mendel angry smiley Anyways, mine could (if I build it which is quite difficult) print even bigger than mendel. >33x31x32cm in a very small (50x40x50cm) case, coz I only move the extruder.
