Thanks to Nophead for helping me with the MOSFET's, I changed the MOSFET's for the final v1.0 board to 150A ones. I tested them with my heated bed PCB and they are holding up fine. They will get hot, but nothing exceptional. I also have created a datasheet (7.6M, source files will be posted as soon as I have time to clean op the schematic All my tests have been good so far, no showstoppers, sby brupje - Reprappers

@andy-net Thanks. I will see what i ca@n do for v1.1 @nophead i did test it and works, but i get your point. Any suggestion on a better FET is appreciated. I can change that easily now. Important thing is to keep it cool.by brupje - Reprappers

353A actually, IRF1324PBF for the heated bed. The MOSFET will stay nice and cool. My Fuse is getting hotter than the MOSFET actually. I wonder if the 11A fuses have much benefit anyway.by brupje - Reprappers

For the final 1.0 version I plan 4x MOSFET: 3x 120A and 1x 340A 5 stepper driver sockets are already included There are many other improvements. I will publish them later on .by brupje - Reprappers

The last few month I have been working on a new type of electronics. I like the power of the RAMPS board, but I think it has reached it's limits because of the limitations on the design. So I have combined RAMPS, Arduino Mega 2560 and SD RAMPS into a single board solution (+/-125x115mm). More information will follow soon. The pulleys are being produced based on the dimensions of the STL yes. The pitch between the teeth is a small bit larger (and i mean a real small bit) then the timingbelt, but this will not cause backlash as the timing belt can't move between teeth. So if the pulley moves a degree, the timingbelt will too.by brupje - For Sale

I was on vacation so I reply a bit late @Nophead:These are inspired by the chinese ones indeed. I have been using them for a year now and am pretty happy about it. They don't cause backlash for me. Also it's the same size as a standard reprap pulley. @DeuxVis: I have drilled small m3 hole in my motor shaft. That fixed the pulley perfectly for meby brupje - For Sale

I have added info to the wiki on how to enable the keypad for Marlin. The menu system can be used with the rotary encoder and enter button. Also I have uploaded a video on to show the menu system. It's no great detail movie, but shows something at leastby brupje - Developers

Yes this is eSun stuff. But this eSun did not produce PLA white until february. Also the PLA white will need much higher temperatures than 180 degrees. I am printing at 220 with it, but my thermistor may not be accurate.by brupje - For Sale
