Hi Thomas, den Offset stellst du normal als Differenz-Abstand zu den Referenzschaltern ein - beim Homen wird dann für die Achsen z.B. mit "G92 X ( xxx ) Y ( yyy ) Z ( zzz )" die Home-/Referenzposition gesetzt -- hier könntest du die 15mm entsprechend abziehen oder hinzuaddieren, damit daß mit der Mitte bzw. einem versetzten Nullpunkt paßt (falls du den in der Bett-Mitte hast) ...by VDX - Software

Hi Rundstahl, ... schau mal nach Schichtlaminat o.Ä. -- das hat meist zwei dünne feste Außenschichten mit einem weicheren oder geschäumten Kern dazwischen. Ein sehr bekanntes ist Dibond = Kunststoffkern mit je 0.5mm dicker Alu-"Haut" ... gibts in unterschiedlichen Dicken - das üblichste hat 3mm. Daneben gibt es auch Balsa- oder Kunststoffschaum-Kern mit Hartholzfurnier als "Außenhaut" oder aucby VDX - Allgemeines

... I'm on a different path - using a Marlin4Due (much faster with a 32Bit-Arduino) and no common PWM, but the extruder-pulses for driving the laser "speed-independant". Essentially it's emitting laser-pulses when moving with G1-moves and without laser when moving with G0. Instead of PWM the E-value in a G-code like "G1 Xxxx Yyyy Eeee Ffff" defines, what amount of laserpulses will be uniformlyby VDX - Laser Cutter Working Group
