You have to calibrate your axis and your extruder and put these values in marlin.by gforce1 - Printing
Thanks man. I can also slide my motors to tension the belts. The only difference is at my configuration the belts that are attached at the x-carriage are exactly in the middle. Good luck with the build.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
Here some pics. Printer is not finished yet. I have to do some cable management etc.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
It is not finished yet but it is working. It is faster and quieter then my i3. I will post some pics in the next days.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
You don't need the red wire. Black and blue on com and no.by gforce1 - Controllers
Edit: typefoutjeby gforce1 - Projecten
Quote3D rob ik ga later over deze video wat vertellen/vragen: (moet nu even weg dus kan even niet verder schrijven!) VrGr Rob. Hans.by gforce1 - Projecten
3dlabtek is a good printer, good quality and good service. Take also a look at this one from spain.by gforce1 - General
3dlabtek is a good choice. Great service, good quality on printed parts.by gforce1 - General Mendel Topics
Your not supposed to peel off the first layer. Check the distance between your hotend and your heatbed with a piece of paper. Also check the setting of the first layer thickness in your slicer program.by gforce1 - General Mendel Topics
Groetjes Hans. Ps . Iedereen noby gforce1 - Projecten
Idler is stacked like this: there are two pairs of f695 bearings seperated by M5 washers. It is fixed in the aluminum extrusion by a M5 socket-head screw.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
It is based on this one: I just changed some parts for a " nicer" belt configuration. I have printed some testbearings to see if it works. And it does. I don't have any pictures yet.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
In your video i can see the motor turn for the next layer, and then turning back a little. It looks like an electrical problem, so your extrudermotor is also acting funny, maybe ?by gforce1 - Printing
Lower your non print speed in slicer.by gforce1 - Printing
There is a prevention for cold extrusion in marlin. //this prevents dangerous Extruder moves, i.e. if the temperature is under the limit //can be software-disabled for whatever purposes by #define PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE //if PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE is on, you can still disable (uncomment) very long bits of extrusion separately. #define PREVENT_LENGTHY_EXTRUDE #define EXTRUDE_MINTEMP 170 #dby gforce1 - General
QuoteRectangled @gforce1 I really like that belt configuration and I was contemplating using it. Does it actually work? Thanks. I am still building, waiting for bearings. I can move everything by hand and it works sofar.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
Or like this, belts are not crossing anywere.by gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
Hallo, Bei mech.Endstop muss man diese linien ausschalten mit // #define min_software_endstops true // If true, axis won't move to coordinates less than HOME_POS. Hans.by gforce1 - Elektrik & Elektronik
Radds will do, it fits 6 steppers. You only need 6, Z1 and Z2 go on 1stepper ( parallel or series).by gforce1 - General
#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80,80,4000,406} is the same as #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80,80,3200/0.8,406} Hans.by gforce1 - Elektrik & Elektronik
If your z-axis nuts fall out then your z-axis rods are not smooth enough or you have mounted the x-axis idler and motormount upside down. For the wobble: let the top off the z-rod turn free, not in a bearing or so. Hansby gforce1 - Reprappers
In marlin there is a seperate speed for homing, lower this value a lot.by gforce1 - General Mendel Topics
First off all you have to calibrate your axis. Normal you should have for the x and y axis the same value eg 80 steps/mm. I guess you should have for the z axis 3200/1,25. Then you have to calibrate your extruder, measure the length off the filament that is going in the extruder. See also:by gforce1 - Printing
Hallo Hermann, Schau mal hier: Ein corexy Printer ohne gedruckte Teile. Hans.by gforce1 - Allgemeines
Check first the endstop itself, is it working or not. Sent M119 to your printer and check the status off the endstops. Are they open or closed. Normally they are ope when not pressed, but you can change this in marlin. Push one endstop and sent again M119,check if the status has changed. I see in the picture you are using max endstops for x and y, and min endstop for z. This is also set correctlby gforce1 - Allgemeines
