Hi, i was designing my own corexy till i ran across this one. Looks a lot like mine. This is a great machine, zelogik. So i will make one . Saves me a lot of time (the parts are already made in freecad). Thanks jand, I have a few questions: Why are the two bearings on the idler-block not on top of each other? like here: is the y-axis mounting strong enough? Because i believe it isn't fixed anby gforce1 - CoreXY Machines
Can't you carefully take the wires out of the connector and place them in the right order, so your collors are matchingby gforce1 - Controllers
It's working Great library. Thanks for the help.by gforce1 - OpenSCAD
When i now type "import BOLTS" python comes with: >>> import BOLTS Traceback (most recent call last): File "", line 1, in File "D:/Documents/Arduino/Prusa i3/Corexy/Freecad/macros/BOLTS_FreeCAD_0.3_lgpl2.1+\BOLTS\__init__.py", line 21, in import bolttools.blt File "D:/Documents/Arduino/Prusa i3/Corexy/Freecad/macros/BOLTS_FreeCAD_0.3_lgpl2.1+\BOLTS\bolttools\blt.py", line 18by gforce1 - OpenSCAD

I have extracted it in the ap according the instructions. I have also tried a different map and browsed for this map in the macro popup screen. I have installed a different library in the same map and this works fine.by gforce1 - OpenSCAD

I am using freecad 0.14 When i run the macro nothing happens. I have also tried to make the Bolt button but it dont show up. What am i doing wrong?by gforce1 - OpenSCAD

Can you attach your cofiguration.h please. There is somewhere a type error.by gforce1 - Printing

Your nozzle clearance is to much. the distance should be close to zero. You can measured it with a piece off paper sliding trough.by gforce1 - Printing
Try mount the x-axis upside down (like it should), then the weight of the x-axis presses on the nut and push it into place.by gforce1 - Reprappers
// Disables axis when it's not being used.
Looking at your first foto. It looks like your extruder needs to get closer to your heatedbed. Use a piece of paper to calibrate your distance.by gforce1 - Printing
I have the endstops (all min.) X1 and Y1. Your homing position will be C. X+ moves your extruder to the right, Y+ moves your heatbed towards you. You probably have to change the direction off your Y-axis motor and your mirror problem is solved.by gforce1 - Mechanics

I think its because your safe homing is enabled in line 411-426 in your configuration.h. It looks strange but it is OK to leave it like that.by gforce1 - General
