Ok I have an Easythreed X1 I am trying to connect the Bed to the Board and having no luck making it hit 60C best I have got so far is 58C and that was P900 I200 D1000 It's so cold it times out before the PID AutoTune can start, and I am pumping in 13VDC from a 25Amp supply the Board and Heat bed are Rated for 12 to 24VDC the Original would ache ave 61C with a 12VDC 2.5Amp Brick people suggested

well If you buy a china Product, the Data sheet is in Mandarin or Non existent mine was a Kit with 4 Pads it did say 12/24VDC, but they had it hooked Directly to..

thanks Ill try this on my Rep Rap Wallace there is a possibility that I forgot to do something I have done before... Ill check the Codes and change what is Different the Default for all printers now is Front, left for home... If this dose not work Ill try switching motors right for left and left for right...

same and no and nope... this only occurs when I home the Z axis not X or Y I have this issue with my pruas Mendel II3 but it will still home and Print so I am thinking bad Wire or Motor or stepper driver?? but if that were the issue it would not even move. I am getting this on my Rep-rap Wallace now but there is no cause... I have done a Cube simulated print the printer goes through its Gcode pro

I have this same problem the only way I ave solved it in the passed was downloading a Fresh copy of Marlin and then only changing precisely what I needed so try a Default copy and see it it occurs...

Ok I am no stranger to Marlin and how it works.... there is no lines for fixing this Issue 2 things the Z tends to Jam and it will only go Down... Early versions of Marlin had a way to correct this issue but I cant find it in Marlin 1.1.9...and it cant be that hardware I had it running on my Hypercube some weeks back think its the same issue as always 2 motors one Driver.. getting half of everyth

I have the exact same problem... I think this is a Marlin Bug.... It dose not allow your to set Mixing extruder and Cyclops extruder functions, Marlin is not Intuitive like you think. If you Set it up in the Obvous way just looking at the Code it will not allow the C++ compiler to verify? Even if you look. I have since fixed this issue by using older Marlin Firmware and installing the proper pin library for the Display... all problems seem to disappear when I installed a Version of sprinter that had support from my display...

Ok Calibration for Merlin is compleatly different from Sprinter, I thought I could just Copy the Steps and Endstops. I was careful to install the LCD the right way around.... I had a Y axes Carriage Fail and a RAMPS SHIELD Fuse burn out on me too. Ill repair it with an Auto Fuse holder and check the diodes for damage but in the mean time I had to cannabis my other PM3 to get one running to make a new carriage, but then I just said why not get another extruder from A2AElectronics and save the hassle but I go

Yeah I saw and corrected the 3 then I re-downloaded the hole thing Marlin_Marlinv1 AKA V3 and now it works but the steps per MM are wrong and the ((Actrualsteps/desired steps) *value in firmware code) dose not seem to work well with values like 78.987*1.75--- and that is not a Z value that is an X value.

I think I am having the same problem I have a Persa Mendel and the Y motor is at the Front of the Printer it is 0,0 at the back right of the Printer and the end-stops are set for the Low I think I keep getting a Backwards Print even though the part still works I feel it is Screwing up the Printing do I have to move my end stops to the Front right for the Y and Left for the X?

I found out my problem my Drivers are Fried I am Ordering new Drivers I cross connected the Motors to the Extruder driver and the Motor Moved... so Some of the Drivers are Fried and Maybe I have a corrupted Version of Arduino Down-loader it seems to work fine on my Older laptop.... but not on the More Powerful new one... So I will use the Old one for my 3D printer.

downloaded a Fresh copy and now It will not Compile or Upload to my Arduino Mega 2560 I have changed the Script in the way I have done 1000 times and now I get a Script Error that starts as soon as Arduino tool checks the Script. Can anyone Help me?
