my printer do same sound like yours and my extruder skipping when i print with low temperature,try rising hotends temperature litlle be or slow down yours prints.Highest speed need higher hotend temperature

You need to say more information ,what material you are using ,what temperature? If you use pla try blue painter tape and make your nozle just little bit higher so that you can put a sheet of paper under.You can try to rise your hotend temperature a little bit .I'll print with pla materials around 215 but is varies on each hotend.

that curent whats neon light take drop voltage when they light on and they are on same circut like yours outlets wher is connected yours printer.If you cant use diferent outlets use battery backup for yours printer or better power source what can work with volatge drop down

slowing down heat bed ?I have heat bed on aluminium plate and its powered every 5 minutes for about one minute.do not need any fast reaction.you can use mosfet on ramp and use 5 volts to triger another mosfet or relay

why you just not yours spare mosfet and use separet power for yours hot bed.Mosfet on yours ramp can triger yours external one and conect yours bed.

Try higher temperature and isolate your print head with teflon tape.I have the same isue and I end printing pla with 215 degrees celsius thats what show me printer

if you not have eeprom disabled you can use this comand M92 Z2560.00 wher z2560 its number of steps per mm.after that you need to use comand M500 to save that.comand M501 will read yours seting from eeprom.you can use prusa calculator
